How the practice works
Morning: set your intention
Every morning, a nudge to choose one thing to focus on — before the day chooses for you. Less than a minute. For me it's the first thing of the day, before the noise starts.
Give it a why
Add a reason, and the app keeps it under your intention all day, where you'll see it when you need it.
Evening: review your day
Each evening, a two-minute check-in: did you follow through, hit or miss? The honest answer is the useful one, even when it's a miss.
Practice from anywhere
No app store, no download. Add it to your phone's home screen from your browser's share menu, and it opens like any other app.
Why a daily practice?
What it means, and why it might help.
What is intentionality?
Intentionality is choosing what matters most, on purpose, instead of by accident.
A daily practice makes that concrete: decide in the morning, check in at night, and try again tomorrow.
Why bother?
Modern life defaults you into distraction — notifications, or whatever else is loudest that day. A daily practice is a small way to push back: a minute each morning to decide what you're actually going to focus on.
